Thank you for shopping with Parkland Music. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Please read our return policy below.

1. 14-Day Returns (Online Orders)

In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Items must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags must be included

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos and your order number

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

We will cover return shipping for confirmed faulty items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Earphones / in-ear monitors

Opened reeds

Harmonica mouth instruments

Gift cards

Special order items

4. Instrument Condition

Musical instruments must be returned in resalable condition. We reserve the right to make deductions if:

The item shows signs of use

Packaging is damaged

Accessories are missing

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
