The Takamine GN11MCE is a NEX cutaway electro-acoustic guitar crafted for players who appreciate warm, natural tone and exceptional playability. Its all-mahogany construction provides a balanced voice with strong midrange presence, making it well-suited for fingerstyle, folk, blues, and singer-songwriter applications.

Designed in Takamine's original NEX shape, the GN11MCE offers a comfortable feel with well-balanced sound projection. The mahogany top is complemented by mahogany back and sides, producing a warm, resonant tone with rich sustain. The natural satin finish enhances the wood's organic beauty while allowing it to resonate freely.

The slim mahogany neck provides a comfortable grip for effortless playability, while the laurel fingerboard offers a smooth playing surface. The 12"-radius design allows for comfortable fretting and fluid movement across the neck.

For live and amplified performances, the GN11MCE features Takamine's TP-4T preamp system. This onboard electronics package includes a built-in chromatic tuner, three-band EQ, and gain control, allowing players to shape their sound with precision.

Equipped with chrome die-cast tuners, the GN11MCE provides stable and accurate tuning. The laurel bridge, combined with a split saddle and synthetic bone nut, enhances intonation and sustain.

With its natural satin finish, the GN11MCE showcases the rich grain of its mahogany construction while maintaining a vintage-inspired aesthetic.
